Colleen Johnup is a dedicated mother of three from North Caribou Lake First Nation, living in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She actively participates in her daughters' lives, particularly caring for Nevaeh, who has Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Colleen is passionate about family engagement and enjoys various activities, including movies, workshops, and arts and crafts. Despite the challenges they face, the family remains connected to their Anishinaabemowin culture and looks forward to the future. Colleen also aims to return to work and complete her Bachelor's of Arts degree, demonstrating her resilience and commitment to personal growth.
