Kathy Bell

Niagara Children's Centre

Kathy Bell is Ojibway from Curve Lake First Nation and a Registered Nurse with a Master's in Health Administration. She has held various roles, including: Aboriginal Healthy Babies Healthy Children Public Health Nurse, Manager of Healthy Babies, Healthy Children, Sexual Health Manager (supporting Mobile Outreach Nursing and Needle Exchange in Niagara), Infectious Disease Manager, and Associate Director of the Pandemic Response Division. After 24 years in Public Health, Kathy returned to her passion for supporting children and youth in 2022. She is now the Director of Clinical Services at Niagara Children’s Centre, serving over 6,000 children annually needing Speech, Physio, or Occupational Therapy. She is truly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the many children in need of developmental support from our dedicated clinicians.
